1. Who We Are

Real Estate MOO™ is a Michigan S-Corporation and a licensed Michigan real estate brokerage. We provide flat-fee limited brokerage services, information products, templates, software tools, and digital resources for home sellers.

2. You Must Be 18+

No minors allowed. By using this site or purchasing anything, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payments & No-Refund Policy

All sales are 100% final and non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy linked in the footer and displayed at checkout. 180-day access from purchase date. No exceptions, no extensions, no chargebacks.

4. Your Account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login credentials. Sharing logins, files, or access with anyone else results in immediate account termination with no refund.

5. Intellectual Property — All Ours

Every guide, template, video, script, checklist, tool, and photo created by Real Estate MOO™ is copyright © Real Estate MOO™ (Michigan S-Corp). All rights reserved.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for selling your own home only. No sharing, reselling, posting in groups, forwarding to others, or giving to your cousin.

6. No Guarantees Whatsoever

We pour 20+ years of real estate experience into every tool and service. But we do NOT guarantee:

• That your house will sell
• That it will sell within a certain timeframe
• That it will sell for a specific price
• Any particular outcome or result

Real estate results vary. You are 100% responsible for your own decisions, pricing, negotiations, and outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Real Estate MOO™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Our total liability to you is capped at the total amount you paid us in the last 12 months — nothing more.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account immediately, with no refund, if you:

• Violate any of these terms
• Harass or abuse our team or other users
• Attempt to share, resell, or redistribute purchased materials
• Attempt to game, exploit, or abuse our systems

9. Chargebacks = Breach of Contract

Filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms is a material breach of contract. We maintain complete delivery records, access logs, IP logs, email confirmations, and your acceptance checkbox. We will contest every chargeback and seek recovery of all associated fees.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or lawsuit must be filed in state or federal court located in Oakland County, Michigan. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Severability

If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
