- Name, email, phone, mailing address
- Property address, photos, videos, floor plans, disclosures, repair receipts
- Payment info — processed 100% by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account login, purchase history, support messages, recorded calls (with consent)
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies, anonymized analytics

- Send login info, tips, updates, and occasional offers — unsubscribe anytime
