By purchasing, you expressly waive any statutory cooling-off, cancellation, or remorse period.
You immediately receive account access, a welcome email, dashboard access, downloads, login credentials, and/or we begin work on your listing or service.
This constitutes full and immediate delivery under Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, the U.S. E-Sign Act, and all applicable state and federal laws.
Outside the 7-day, not-yet-live window, none of these qualify:
Non-use is not grounds for a refund.
Life events are not grounds for a refund.
When your term ends, MOO's services and support end.
If you want to continue using Real Estate MOO™ tools or services after your access expires, you must repurchase at current pricing.
Filing a chargeback or dispute violates this agreement. We will defend every case using:

When you tick it and continue to payment, we record the date and time, the version of these terms in force, the items in your cart, and your IP address and browser, linked to your Stripe checkout session. That record is your acceptance of these terms.
Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If any single portion is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain fully in effect.

Real Estate MOO™ provides limited-scope, menu-based real estate services and digital tools. Clients are not paying for results, outcomes, or guarantees, but for access to specific services, tools, and broker support as expressly defined. Accordingly, refunds are limited and objective, based solely on whether services have commenced.
A refund is available only if BOTH of the following are true:
Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available once the listing is live in the MLS or on syndicated platforms, or more than seven (7) calendar days after purchase, whichever comes first.
Addendum-based services (Contract Navigator, Closing Crew™ and any negotiated or custom services) follow the same rule: refundable within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only while the listing is not yet live in the MLS, and non-refundable after that, regardless of outcome.
The prep guides and other digital materials come with your package and follow the same rule as the package: refundable within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only while the listing is not yet live in the MLS.
Clients may withdraw an MLS listing at any time, with no cancellation fee, subject to MLS rules and any pending purchase agreement involving a buyer procured through MLS cooperation. Withdrawing a listing does not by itself entitle Client to a refund; refunds follow section 2.
Services and support run for your 6-month listing term, which starts on your listing start date. If you haven't listed within 90 days of purchase, the term starts on day 90. Unused services, time, or access do not carry forward and are forfeited when your term ends.
Real Estate MOO™ does not guarantee sale of any property, sale price or timing, acceptance of any offer, or successful closing. Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes.
Clients agree to contact Real Estate MOO™ directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated administrative costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By purchasing or engaging Real Estate MOO™ services, Client acknowledges that this Refund & Cancellation Policy has been read, understood, and agreed to.
