Filing a chargeback or dispute violates this agreement. We will defend every case using:

Real Estate MOO™ provides limited-scope, menu-based real estate services and digital tools. Clients are not paying for results, outcomes, or guarantees, but for access to specific services, tools, and broker support as expressly defined. Accordingly, refunds are limited and objective, based solely on whether services have commenced.
A refund may be requested only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
If all four conditions are met, a refund may be issued less a non-refundable administrative processing fee. Once any service has commenced, no refund is available under any circumstance.
Refunds are not available once any of the following has occurred:
Service commencement is objective and does not depend on Client usage.
All addendum-based services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: Menu of Options services, Contract Navigator, Closing Crew™, hour-based support blocks, strategy sessions, and any negotiated or custom services. Fees for these services are earned upon availability or delivery, regardless of outcome.
All digital products, downloads, templates, guides, educational materials, and access-based tools are non-refundable once access is granted.
Clients may request cancellation of an MLS listing at any time, subject to MLS rules, any applicable MLS termination or administrative fees, and any pending purchase agreement involving a buyer procured through MLS cooperation. Cancellation of an MLS listing does not entitle Client to a refund of any fees paid.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Real Estate MOO™ services and support access expire one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of purchase. Unused services, time, or access do not carry forward and are forfeited upon expiration.
Real Estate MOO™ does not guarantee sale of any property, sale price or timing, acceptance of any offer, or successful closing. Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes.
Clients agree to contact Real Estate MOO™ directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated administrative costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By purchasing or engaging Real Estate MOO™ services, Client acknowledges that this Refund & Cancellation Policy has been read, understood, and agreed to.
